First, Landskhar. The King of Landskhar, of the House of Bareth, a large royal family with many side branches, is also the Sovereign of the Hundred Kingdoms, but largely in name only. He wields economic power over the duchies and baronies, but has relatively little military power outside the walls of Landskhar and its environs.
